At KraftMePlz Kreationz, each product is crafted with care once your order is placed, which may take a bit longer to deliver. This on-demand production helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Please ensure all shipping addresses are correct.

Important Notice:
If you realize you've provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately with your order number so we can update it. However, please note that we are unable to facilitate reshipment for orders with address errors. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring accurate shipping information.

Processing Time:
  • Design Approval (Custom Orders ONLY): Expect your design concept within 2 to 4 business days for approval. Note that modifications cannot be made after approval.
  • Production: Typically requires 3 to 5 business days for processing before shipment (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Rush Orders: Add the Rush Order option for expedited processing.
Where We Ship:
We ship across the USA, including Hawaii, California, Florida, Alaska, and the District of Columbia. Deliveries outside the continental USA may require additional shipping time.

Delivery Times:
  • Continental USA: 3-5 business days.
  • Hawaii and Alaska: 7-10 business days.

Tracking Your Order:
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is shipped.

Return Policy:

1. No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including custom and personalized items.

2. Exchanges: We may consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss.

3. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us immediately with your order number and photos. We'll work with you to provide a suitable replacement.

4. Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom orders. Double-check all details before finalizing your order.

5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cover shipping for replacements due to damage or defect.

6. Return Process: If approved for an exchange, we'll provide a return shipping address. Ensure items are securely packaged.
