• Design Approval (Kustom Orders ONLY): Expect your design concept within 3–5 business days for approval. If you do not approve the design within a timely manner, your order will be delayed. Changes cannot be made after approval.
• Production Time: Typically, 3–5 business days before shipment (excluding weekends and holidays).
